  • Returns & Damages Policy

    As a small Business we understand selecting the right size online can be a difficult one! However as each product has individual sizing details on the product page for customers to choose their correct sizing for ordering, we cannot offer a refund, or exchange for change of mind or incorrect sizing, unless the garment is in some way faulty!

    Refunds will only be applied if the garment is deemed faulty by Cool & Kind co, so please choose carefully.

    Your reasoning/claim must be visually present in the delivered garment and must be the direct fault of Cool & Kind co. If a return is approved, Cool and Kind co may award the customer a full refund of the invoice price or a replacement free of charge.

    All returns claims are subject to approval by cool & Kind co. Returning goods to Cool & Kind co without official authorisation of the return will not be recognised and not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

    Cool & Kind co must be notified of your issue within seven days of confirmed delivery date of your goods.

    If you believe the garment you have received is faulty please email coolandkindco@gmail.com on receipt of the goods with an attached photo.

    All garments are checked and quality controlled before dispatch.

    Shipping Rates
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the delivery location.

    Processing Time
    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

    Tracking Your Order
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

    Shipping Restrictions
    We currently only ship within Australia.

    We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

    International Shipping
    At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Any reproduction or use of these designs other than the intended Personal Use will be an Infringement of that Copyright. 

We support a local screen printer in Agnes Water, who applies professional and careful measures to ensure the best quality item is produced.
